Four steps to plan your care

See the four steps from your first enquiry to follow-up, and what you and our team do at each stage.

Discuss Your Needs

Share your needs

Your part

Tell us about the symptoms or diagnosis, your location and the questions you want answered.

Our support

Discuss suitable support and explain which additional records may be needed.

Prepare records

Your part

Provide relevant records, reports, imaging and medicines; confirm the summary and permission to share it.

Our support

Structure the history and questions, identify missing records and discuss translation or additional documents as needed.

Confirm arrangements

Your part

Confirm the scope, timing, fees and participating family members, then attend the consultation. Arrange travel once appointments and travel requirements are confirmed.

Our support

Contact the doctor or hospital, coordinate appointments and family participation, and explain requirements and arrangements.

Follow-up support

Your part

Follow the treating doctor’s advice and tell us about follow-up appointments or other support you need.

Our support

Within the agreed scope, help organise consultation records, communicate follow-up questions and coordinate further appointments.

What to prepare for your first enquiry

Share what you have. Additional records may be needed before a medical review or hospital acceptance.

What to confirm before starting

Timing

Timing depends on complete records, doctor availability, hospital responses and holidays. We discuss expected arrangements after understanding your needs and confirm any changes with you.

Fees

Confirm the service scope and fees before work begins. The hospital confirms its medical charges. Interpretation, accompaniment or travel support are discussed separately if needed.

Sharing records

Confirm the case summary and permission before records are shared. When family members enquire, sharing records and arranging care require the patient’s consent or appropriate legal authorisation.

Questions about the process

Can I start without deciding to travel?

Yes. Start with a remote consultation or second opinion, then consider travel based on medical advice, availability and your needs.

Can family members abroad join?

Tell us the family members’ time zones and availability. We can help coordinate participation and confirm consent and any required authorisation.

Can I change or stop the arrangements?

Contact the coordinator to discuss changes or stopping. Work already completed, confirmed bookings and associated fees are handled under the agreed service terms.

Who makes clinical decisions?

The treating doctor determines diagnosis, tests and treatment. We coordinate communication and arrangements. For urgent medical needs, contact local emergency services or a medical provider.
